Inspired by Neoclassical Architecture, the design inspiration for this township will bring back the old times with the simplicity of geometric forms, Greek and Roman details, and the dramatic use of columns and spaces just like the Old Manila or more popularly known as Escolta. It is also characterized by the art deco details represented by trapezoidal and triangular shapes that reflect a classical beauty just like the old times. The Capital Town highlights the Shop House District, which will be positioned as the main tourist attraction of the entire township.
