Megaworld says to expand Makati condo

MANILA – Megaworld Corp. said Wednesday it is expanding its residential condominium project in Makati City due to strong demand.
The developer said it will add 478 units to the new wing of San Antonio Residence, which was launched in 2015.
The building will have a total of 956 units once completed in 2020, with total projected sales of P4.5 billion.
Megaworld shares were down 0.53 percent to P3.73 on Wednesday.
