P1.2-B Tulip Gardens to rise just a short walk away from Southwoods Mall

Megaworld subsidiary brand Global-Estate Resorts, Inc. (GERI) is launching its second residential property in Southwoods City following the overwhelming brisk sales of the four towers of Holland Park worth P2.7-billion.

“The spike in the demand for residential condo units in Southwoods City was a big surprise considering that the township has been known for its vast horizontal residential villages like Pahara. We have sold out over 600 units of Holland Park in just a little over a year and the demand for more units continues to grow,” says Rachelle Peñaflorida, vice president for sales and marketing, Megaworld Global-Estate, Inc. (MGEI), the marketing arm of GERI’s residential projects.

The 22-storey Tulip Gardens offers units ranging from studio (up to 28.5 square meters) and one-bedroom (up to 41 square meters). Some units have their own lanai, allowing residents to enjoy the refreshing views of Southwoods City, and the Laguna and Cavite landscapes.

Offering a community lifestyle, Tulip Gardens will have landscaped and manicured gardens. It will also have its own jogging paths, recreational zones and picnic areas with cabanas and pavilions, active zone for kids that include an indoor playroom and two outdoor playgrounds, a fitness center, as well as two swimming pools: a lap pool and a kiddie pool.

The property will also have its own multipurpose hall for parties, gatherings and bigger functions.

The new residential developments will just be a short walking distance to the newly-opened Southwoods Mall and the Sto. Niño de Cebu Parish.

It is also just a minute away from the Southwoods exit of the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX).

“Tulip Gardens is an innovation in residential high-rise living, where leisure and relaxation take centerstage in a community setting. We are providing more amenities so that our residents will feel like they live in a resort,” explains Peñaflorida.

Total projected sales for Tulip Gardens is expected to reach P1.2-billion. It is expected to be completed by 2023.
