Salvatore Cuomo is an Italian pizza joint in Tokyo famously known for its artisan creations. It was created by an Italian-Japanese chef (whom the place is named after), who is also known as the ‘Pioneer of Neapolitan Pizza in Asia’. It’s for pizza lovers who can tell a premium piece of pizza from a typical fast food slice. It’s not for those unwilling to splurge on some good carbs. We recommend the Quattro Formaggi Pizza, Tagliata de Manzo Pizza, and the Torta Caprese for dessert. Our insider tip: They have a different menu for snack time between 2-6PM.
